My Testimony
As I began to go to church, read my Bible and learn what God had for my life, I changed inside my heart and wanted to hear more of what God's plan was for me. It wasn't long before God sent me and my family to another state and began to share His plan for me. The Lord had me become a youth director at a local church. What did I know? Not much. I was a consultant in the airline industry and all I knew was how to build businesses. God took me by the hand and led me to experience many personal times of incredible ministry over the years. God gave me the ability to teach young people and write plays, including large Christian dramas. Over all the years, God placed many people in my path for the sole purpose of sharing His Word of salvation. I ministered to Christians who had a relationship with Christ but needed a word from God -- at those times Gods plan was to use me as His ambassador. I could go on and on with the stories of all the people God has placed before me, but now I have been given a new ministry. This is the light for me to walk in and apply what God has provided in me and use it for His glory. This new ministry, The Extra Bible, is something that has been lacking in my life throughout all these years. Here I am, 59 years old and I missed this vital part of what I should have been doing along with witnessing. As I prayed, I asked God "how can I do what You have laid on my heart?" I have had both knees replaced and my right hip replaced and now I am facing some issues with my heart. I keep hearing the words, God's grace is sufficient. I never carried an Extra Bible with me to any occasion. I only mine own and not all the time. It is simple and that is just how God offers to use us throughout our lives. 59 years old and starting a new ministry, wow! By Gods grace my life is not near its end, for God has a plan for me, for us, for now, and I'm asking you to join me in this journey. Whatever age you are, if you have a relationship with our Lord and Savior, carry The Extra Bible to a new person that needs to receive salvation and to the Christian who just needs to use the Word for a season. Shortly
after that time a man by the name of Frank Clark, gave me my first
Bible. I can recall him handing the Word to me as we sat on a couch
in the living room of a relative's home. What I was amazed by was
that he gave me a very expensive Bible and shared how to use the
Bible. As we turned the pages, I realized that this gift was from
God through Frank and just for me. |
